Integrated Personality Architecture & Science-Grounded Life Design
A complete, science-integrated map of how a person actually functions — and the operating system to run a life in excitement and full potential.
For founders, leaders, and people in senior roles who are capable and self-aware, and know that the gap between their current life and a fully aligned one costs them energy, joy, impact, clarity, and years they won't get back.
Introduction
The most capable people rarely struggle with achievement. They're already good at what they do — very good. What they feel instead is the sense that they're contributing without being fully in it. That the work is good, but not entirely theirs. That there's more impact, more excitement, more drive available to them — and that they're living a version of their life that runs on what's happened rather than what's fully chosen.
They have the capacity for a life with more autonomy, more aliveness, and more of their own direction in it. And they know it.
The reason that clarity is not achieved yet is that something major is missing from our education: no one has ever mapped the architecture of a person across all aspects — physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially. What exists today is fragments. A personality type from one model. An attachment style from another. A strengths test, a values exercise, a coach's intuition, a therapist's lens. Each one is on point. None of them connect, nor go in depth.
The questions that decide a life
- Which parts of me are baseline, and which were learned?
- Which patterns protect me, and which quietly cost me?
- Where does my energy genuinely come from, and where does it drain away?
- What should I be building my life around — and what have I just been told to want?
No single framework has answered these together, because no single framework has integrated the science across the fields where the answers actually live.
Three layers. One coherent architecture.
A structured diagnostic that maps how a person functions across four systems — physical, emotional, cognitive, social — and across four layers: what you are at baseline, what you learned as adaptation, what genuinely drives you, and what you can train.
The translation: a personalised operating system that turns the map into how to live, work, decide, recover, and direct your life in a way that fits how you function — so daily life runs with you and energises you.
A synthesis layer combines all of it — surfacing the patterns, causes, and leverage points applied to every life area. This is where the most important insights live, and what no fragmented framework can produce.
The outcome people are really after is alignment: the state where effort produces more than it costs, where direction is clear because it's built on who you are rather than how random experiences shaped you to be, and where your most energised and impactful version becomes the default.
The complete diagnostic, and the system to live by it.
A single, integrated engagement. Over fifty pages of personalised operating system, designed and delivered through six to eight weeks of focused work.
- Your full map across all four layers — every variable of the assessment
- Your genetics, pattern architecture, direction, strengths, and trainable capacities
- Cross-system causes that explain why specific patterns keep recurring
- Stress, trigger, and strength-leverage maps
- Relationship dynamics map based on your attachment and sensitivity profile
- Career and work-fit analysis
- Nine-life-area redesign: aligned vs misaligned expression in each
- Custom routines built for your specific system
- A decision filter built around your cognitive style
- Energy economy map: what drains and restores you, and how to budget it
- Misalignment cost audit: ranked by where your current life leaks the most
- 90-day execution sequence: exactly what to do, and in what order, after delivery
- 30-day calibration session
- One major decision consultation — any decision you're currently facing
- Direct clarification access throughout (Mon–Fri)
- Session recordings and written outputs
- One lifetime annual update — your map evolves as your life does
- Priority access to the practitioner certification and digital tool at launch
Engagement details and investment are shared in the diagnostic conversation.

Intake
Life context, current situation, what you're here to resolve.
Assessment
Structured questionnaires you complete at your own pace, plus calibration sessions on the variables that need precision, context, or depth.
Synthesis
I build the complete map and draft your operating system. No client time required.
Delivery
A session walking you through the full diagnostic. You see everything.
LOS Co-design
We walk through the draft operating system together. You react and push back; I refine.
Handover
Final document delivered.
Calibration
A session 30 days in, to refine what isn't yet sticking.
Less friction. Clearer direction. Your most energised version, by default.
- Direction that's clear because it's built on who you actually are
- Far less internal friction — fewer decisions fought against your own grain
- A precise understanding of where your energy comes from and where it leaks
- Routines, environments, and choices designed for your system rather than borrowed from someone else's
- A coherent account of why earlier approaches worked partially or not at all
- Relationships and work that fit, instead of needing constant management
After the results delivery session, if this is not the most precise and personally accurate map of yourself you have ever received, I continue working with you at no additional cost until it is.
You're not paying for sessions. You're paying for precision.
People who already do the work — and sense a deeper layer they've never been able to fully see.
- You've achieved enough to know that achievement alone isn't the answer
- You've done therapy, coaching, or major frameworks and want something more precise
- You're at an inflection point — career, relationship, identity, direction
- You respect science and want measurement, not motivational language
- You're willing to look at yourself honestly across all four systems
- Anyone looking for ongoing coaching or a thinking partner
- Anyone wanting a quick assessment without the synthesis work
- Anyone uncomfortable with structured, clinical self-examination
- Anyone in acute crisis requiring clinical care

My background is technical systems planning — the discipline of mapping how complex systems actually function, where the parts connect, and where they break.
Over years of self-directed study across psychology, behavioural science, cognitive and affective research, and nervous-system science, I kept noticing the same gap: these fields describe the same human being, but no one had ever assembled them into a single working system.
So I built it. Integrated Personality Architecture is what happens when a systems engineer treats a person the way they'd treat any complex system worth understanding — rigorously, structurally, and as a whole. It's not coaching, and it's not theory. It's the map I wished existed.
Every variable in the framework is grounded in established research: temperament and individual-differences psychology; affective, cognitive, and neuroscience; attachment research; nervous-system and interoception research; and behavioural science. Nothing in the model is invented. The contribution is the integration — the instrument itself is being developed toward formal validation in partnership with research psychologists. Data is handled to GDPR standard, processed confidentially and pseudonymised.
A short diagnostic conversation.
Not a pitch — a diagnostic. We'd look at what you're actually trying to resolve and whether this framework maps to it.
I'm taking a small first group through the full diagnostic, to establish the methodology rigorously and document outcomes before opening it more widely. If the timing doesn't align, there's a waiting list for the next group.
You'd leave the conversation with clarity either way.
